Additional Information
• An additional fee of €5 - €30 will be charged for details, animal, etc, armour.^• Costs of backgrounds will vary, the starting price is €40.• Max characters in each commission is up to 4, for chibis 2.• If you order 2 separate commissions, you get the 3rd one at half price. (This means two characters in separate illustrations, not two characters in one image.) This dose not inc, charater sheets

How to Order

Payment & Order Process
- I accept PayPal in Euro(€) Currency or via VGen.- Go here to fill the FORM OUT or e-mail me [email protected] or visit my VGEN.
- Commissions will never be started if I don't get the payment.Payment Rules
- Once you fill out the FORM or send me an e-mail I will contact you and we confirm the details about the commission, then I'll send you an invoice on PayPal.- DO NOT DO NOT pay the fee! As the artist, I cover the fee for you. Please do not think of sending the fee as an "act" of kindness! In reality, both of our accounts could be frozen by doing so.- If you would like to add a tip there is always an option available! Much appreciate it!

Terms of Service

Please understand that I am allowed to decline commission requests.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- If I make a mistake (e.g. misreading your description or missing a detail), I will correct it free of charge.
- If an issue arises due to missing or unclear information in the form, additional changes may require an extra fee depending on complexity.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- All payments will be made through VGen.
- I am allowed to refund and cancel your commission at any given time.
- Payment must be made in full upfront. I will not begin until payment has been received.If you need to cancel your commission, you may receive a refund only if:
1. I have not started the work.
2. A major mistake has been made on my part.
3. No refunds will be given once the commission is complete. If you were satisfied with the final result, there is no valid reason for a refund.REVISIONS
- I will provide a completed sketch for you to review before I begin finalizing the commission. Please ensure you are satisfied at this stage. (1 - 2 minor adjustments, facial expression, hand pose, leg pose etc).
- Revisions after sketch approval may incur an additional fee depending on complexity.
- Major revisions (such as changing the entire pose, composition, or concept) will be treated as a new commission and charged at full price.COMMUNICATION
- Clients are responsible for providing clear references and a complete description before work begins.
- I will contact you when the sketch is completed for review.
- I may ask questions during the sketch phase if clarification is needed.
- A deadline request may include an additional fee depending on urgency.
- If the client does not respond within a reasonable time, the commission may be delayed or cancelled without refund depending on progress.
- Estimated completion time is 1 month from the date of payment. It also may vary depending on workload and complexity, which I will let you know in advance.
- Delays may occur due to personal circumstances, health, or workload, but I will always communicate updates.USE
- I retain full rights to all artwork I create. Purchasing a commission does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
- I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes (e.g. social media, commission examples).
- You are not allowed to modify, edit, or alter the artwork in any form, including the use of AI.
- You may post your commissioned artwork on platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X), but you must credit me clearly by tagging my username: IRLBanshee.
- Commercial use is currently not allowed.
